staff is really helpful and caring and you can park your car on site. the property's location is absolutely perfect and excellent, so close to the centre of the town and a good place to visit calakmul, central xpujil and pizzeria. one of tourist spots - xpujil ruins - is at walking distance from the hotel, loved that.

Central location, 1 min walk from bus station. Friendly English-speaking manager. Clean with comfortable bed, aircon, and good internet. Convenient on-site restaurant. Familiar owned business with homestay feel. Perfect when visiting Calakmul.

Great location, right by a bus stop. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and pizza places. The double room I booked had fresh towels, and the double bed was very comfortable. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at Chaac Calakmul hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy at the pizzeria on the property, and I could even pay with my credit card. The pizza I ordered was delicious. Although my room had a slight old smell and was not very spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I also had my own bathroom. The free parking at the back of the property was convenient. I enjoyed meeting other guests and playing cards with them all evening. I will definitely return to visit Calakmul again in the future and stay at Chaac Calakmul hotel. Thanks to the team!

Stayed here two nights in order to explore the Calakmul Ruins. Clean and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff organized a car for our trip to the ruins. Strong WiFi connection. Convenient location with a store nearby and a restaurant attached. Great value for the price.

I stayed at Chaac Calakmul for one night as a stopover for my visit to the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy at the pizzeria on site. The room was comfortable with a comfy bed and good air conditioning. I enjoyed meeting other guests and playing cards in the evening. The free parking in the back was convenient. I also appreciated the recommendation for a great breakfast and coffee at Gouter Coffee nearby.

I recently stayed at Chaac Calakmul for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner, Oscar, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even set up a table for us to have a special Christmas dinner. The location was great and the staff went above and beyond to assist with organizing activities and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my needs as it was very close to the bus station and made it easy for me to arrive late in the evening without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. there was a great pizzeria located right in front of my room, which was a convenient and tasty dining option.

That there was a slight smell of humidity in the room, but it wasn't a major issue. Another minor issue was that the wall near the air conditioner showed signs of dampness, so I chose to sleep in the other bed to avoid any discomfort.

I had a fantastic stay at Chaac Calakmul in Xpujil. The late check-in process was well-organized and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel, being close to the ADO bus station, was very convenient for me. Plus, the pizza at their restaurant was absolutely delicious. I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future.

One downside during my stay was that some other guests wanted to leave early and mistakenly knocked on my door at 6 am due to a car blocking their way. However, it was not my car, so it was just a minor inconvenience.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. it was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as there weren't any signs specifically for the lodgings.
